The Rohit Group of Companies was founded in Edmonton, Alberta in 1986 by Radhe and Krishna Gupta.  Over it's 34+ year history, it has grown from a Single Family Home Builder into one of Canada's largest vertically integrated development companies.  The Rohit Group stretches from Communities, who's focus on Land Development with more than 11 communities and 700 lots serviced annually; to Homes, who's focus is on the vertical construction of Residential housing with more than 1,300 homes built nationally on an annual basis; to Commercial, who owns and operates more than 550,000 sq ft of commercial space.  Additional brands include Rohit Rental Living (with a portfolio of more than 1,600 units of complete and in-development rental homes) and Rohit Health (a lifestyle health care community focused development company).  We're active in 11 municipalities across the country and are excited of our most recent expansion into Ottawa.  We're proud to play our part in helping to enrich communities across the Nation's Capital.
